The project is located in Dardagny, a commune at the western end of the canton of Geneva. The buildings house eighty-four residential units and meet the performance targets established by the Minergie label. Due to the techniques implemented to meet its heating and domestic warm-water requirements, the building can claim to be 100% energy renewable.

- The following technologies were analysed, designed and subsequently implemented to achieve the energy objectives of this project:
- A groundwater heat pump to meet all heating and domestic hot water (DHW) requirements.
- Thermal solar panels to meet the basic DHW requirements (40%).
- Double-flow ventilation.
- A digital regulation system with a control centre.
